Hi welcome to my page. My name is Natalie Bally and I am a Gymshark Athlete. I am an ACE Certified personal trainer, and currently attending The Ohio State University for a degree in Health Sciences and Human Nutrition. I love to share my workouts, meals, and healthy habits with the world to encourage other women to lead happier and healthier lives.
